Exceptions to this policy may occur in specific cases where Lilu's Crafts has declined to create a certain design or use a particular color due to deeming it unachievable to meet a satisfactory result. In such instances, Lilu's Crafts reserves the right to consider, at our sole discretion, whether to issue a refund.
